December 31, 2022

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your support in 2022. What a tremendous year we had!!

As you know, our mission is to help kids, the elderly, our homeless and less fortunate, Veterans and our four legged friends. We want to give back to our community and help to build strong morals and values in other children.

We started our year providing warm winter coats and clothing

to families and their children struggling to meet basic needs.

It makes our hearts full knowing we were able to help reduce the

burden of poverty and bring the gift of warmth to those who

otherwise may not have it. The coats and clothing were donated

to the Mission Northeast, a non-profit organization that provides

help to residents in the surrounding communities of Humble,

New Caney and Porter.

In February we helped the Angels of Destiny with their annual Valentine’s Day Drive to cancer patients. Angels of Destiny is a non-profit organization focused on giving the gift of an angel to people who are living with life threatening illnesses. Later in the year, we continue our efforts to assist this wonderful organization by donating cards for their Christmas in July campaign. Be sure to check out this amazing non-profit. They do so much for those that aren't feeling their best!

What an honor it was to be able to provide food, toys, leashes, collars, etc. to a local animal shelter! We know there are so many displaced animals in Houston and surrounding areas and we wanted to provide help to them. We so appreciate our supporters and thank you for standing with us to help those most in need.

A campaign very close to our hearts is Food for the Forgotten, which we participate in every month in order to bring food to our homeless friends in downtown Houston.

So many goals were met during the year including sweets to teachers for Teacher Appreciation Day; Operation: Make a firefighter smile; school supplies to numerous families; diaper dash/drive to help mothers at Ember Church; and encouraging notes to the residents of the Star of Hope.

Of course, we ended the year with our campaign to help feed families at Thanksgiving, Operation: Bless a Family. But, we always want to end the year with a BANG, so we didn’t stop there!  We also honored our Veterans at the annual Wreaths for Veterans at Houston National Cemetery and provided a number of families with gifts and meals for our annual Operation: Stuff a Stocking campaign. Our final act

for 2022 was to provide warm clothing and blankets to our displaced friends in downtown Houston, in our campaign, Warmth for the Weary.

We couldn’t have done all this without your help, though. We have even more in store for 2023 and we know we can count on you to join in our efforts. We are looking forward to an amazing year!

Ashley
